So we offer excellence-based grants, no strings attached.

If you show up, do the work, and prove you’re a top performer (even if your founder doesn’t hire), we’ll support you.

Mutual Selection Matters

We hold a high bar—because it protects the experience for everyone.

  • Everyone pays a deposit to interview

  • It’s non-refundable unless you’re not selected

  • We currently don’t base grants on income or financial aid—especially since many of our students are international

Right now, we offer two types of grants:

  1. Based on your background coming in

  2. Based on your performance during the cohort

We’re also working with third-party nonprofits to make this process even more accessible and fair in the future.
